Live at your event

Live Heat Press Station

Guests design it, we print it on the spot — personalized totes, mugs and bottles they’ll keep long after the event.

What is

Live Heat Press Station

Heat press bar uses a heat press to transfer a full-colour design onto an item in minutes. Each design is printed onto sublimation transfer paper, then pressed with heat and pressure so the ink bonds into fabric, ceramic, metal or glass — leaving a vibrant print that lasts.

Guests choose a name, a message, a photo or your brand logo, and watch their piece come to life at the Selas station. It’s an interactive moment for your event and a keepsake they’ll actually use.

See it in action

From design to keepsake in minutes

Watch a design go from transfer paper to finished piece — pressed live at the Selas station while guests look on.

How it works

Looking for a unique brand activation for your event?

Live printing turns your merchandise into an experience. Guests personalize their own tote bag, mug or bottle with their name, a message or your logo, and watch it printed in front of them.

It’s a crowd-drawing activation for launches, conferences, pop-ups and celebrations — and every guest leaves with something made just for them.

What we do

Three simple steps

1. Pick your merch

Choose the items for your guests — totes, mugs, bottles and more. We’ll help you find the right pieces for your event and budget.

2. Design your own

Names, messages, photos and your brand logo. We prepare templates in your colours so every design stays on brand.

3. Live printing in action

Our team prints each design on site in minutes, so guests watch their piece come to life and take it home the same day.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

More questions? Send us a note.

What is heat press bar?

A heat-press method that transfers a full-colour design onto an item in minutes, right at your event.

How does heat press bar work at an event?

We set up a printing station with our heat press. Guests create or choose a design, we print it onto transfer paper and press it onto their item while they watch.

How do guests design their own items?

Guests choose from templates we prepare in your branding, then add their name, a message or a photo. Tell us how you’d like it to work and we’ll plan the flow with you.

What is the most popular item to print on?

Tote bags and mugs are popular choices. We’ll recommend items that suit your guests and your event.

Do you provide devices for guests to design on?

Let us know your setup and guest numbers, and we’ll confirm what equipment we bring for your event.

Can you print on any material?

Sublimation works best on polyester fabrics and on specially coated ceramic, metal and glass. We’ll confirm suitability for any item you have in mind.

How long does it take to print?

Each item takes just a few minutes once the design is ready. We’ll plan station capacity with you based on your guest numbers.

How durable are the prints?

Sublimation ink bonds into the material rather than sitting on top, so prints stay vibrant with normal use and care.

Can you source the items for us?

Yes — we can source merchandise for your event, or print on items you supply. Ask us about options and lead times.

How do we stop guests taking more than one item?

We can work with tickets, wristbands or a guest list — tell us what suits your event and we’ll manage it at the station.
